1. Return conditions

• Only unused goods that are in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned .
  
  

• Items that have been used, opened, or otherwise damaged are not accepted for return .
  
  

• Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  
  

2. Return process

• Before returning the item, please contact us by email at support@lipnus.lt or fill out the form below to receive a return confirmation.
  
  

• The buyer pays the return shipping costs .
  
  

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued , from which the following will be deducted:
  
  

• 5% restocking fee ,
  
  

• the original shipping costs (if any) for the shipment.
  
  

3. Exceptions

• Custom-mixed or specially ordered paints, as well as other custom-made products, are not returnable.
  
  

• Goods damaged due to improper use or storage are not eligible for return.
