Water-washable flexographic plates – an eco-friendly and efficient printing solution

Since January 2020, UAB “Lipnus” has been the official representative of the German company Dantex Group in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The company offers water-washable flexographic plates for printing systems using UV Flexo, alcohol/ester, and solvent-based inks.

Water-wash plate technology delivers exceptionally high print quality, excellent resolution, and very fast, clean processing. These plates help reduce production time, energy consumption, and environmental impact.

After processing, the water requires no additional filtration and can be safely discharged into the wastewater system. Plates are processed at 25–27 °C without additives, making the workflow both simple and eco-friendly.
