POLYCOL® MAX-XL is a high-viscosity, one-component (1-K) SBQ photopolymer emulsion for screen preparation in screen printing. It is pre-sensitized and ready to use, eliminating the need to mix with diazo or other hardeners. The emulsion is specifically designed to build an extra-thick stencil layer when high ink deposit and high mesh ink throughput are required.
Especially suitable for: plastisol and textile inks, thick coatings and special-effect printing (e.g. high-density printing, adhesives, varnishes, structural effects, or thick white ink layers).
