SAATIVIT PHU2 Blue Emulsion is a single-component blue photopolymer emulsion offering universal resistance to various types of printing inks. The emulsion is supplied ready for use and does not require mixing with diazo sensitizers or other hardeners. It is used for stencil production in the screen-printing process.

- Single-component photopolymer emulsion – no mixing or activation required before use.
- Universal application – suitable for use with solvent-based, water-based, and UV-curable inks.
- Fast exposure time – approximately 3–4 times faster than conventional two-component emulsions.
- Excellent coating properties – medium viscosity and a solids content of approximately 42–47% allow easy coating of meshes with various thread counts.
- Durable during printing while remaining easy to reclaim from the screen after use.
