Top quality plastisol screen printing ink for textiles. Designed to provide an intense, metallic gold shine effect. Ready-to-use straight from the bucket (no need to mix with other base inks, although they can be tinted). Suitable for both flat graphic elements and high-density prints.
Main features: Phthalate-free – does not contain phthalate plasticizers, meets modern environmental and consumer safety standards. Very good stretch/flexibility – allows for good adhesion to the fabric, does not crack under pressure with deformation. Suitable for printing on fabrics of various colors – the gold effect “pops out” especially well on dark backgrounds.
Printing recommendations: Suitable for use directly on fabric or over a special underbase – especially for dark fabrics where sufficient contrast is required. It is recommended to use a suitable mesh for printing – e.g. 86-156 t/in (34-61 t/cm) according to specifications. The flash-printing method may give better results with metallic effects. Use equipment that can properly obtain the ink film temperature – metallic particles can reflect infrared heat, therefore drying with forced air flow is recommended. Fabric care: Cold washing is recommended for the care of printed textiles, do not cause excessive abrasion (rubbing of metallic particles) – this may worsen the effect.
